These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 5jl1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 5jl1.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 5jl1 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any other format available on the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5jl1 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 5jl1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 5jl1 or any other gaming authority.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 5jl1, or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be an immediate family member of any of the above.

5jl1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend account activity pending verification. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

To access real-money gaming features on 5jl1, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 5jl1. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, email address, and mobile number.

• Account Currency: All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default unless otherwise indicated.

5jl1 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR requirements, 5jl1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by the platform's compliance team

5jl1 may place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period — typically fourteen (14) calendar days — may result in account suspension.

Deposits: 5jl1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 5jl1 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for suspicious activity or pending document verification.
• 5jl1 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5jl1 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (turnover) requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiple is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each promotion. Unused or partially completed bonuses may expire and be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5jl1 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Modifications: 5jl1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on 5jl1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type (sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, sabong, esports). In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed at the point of placing each bet.
• 5jl1 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including where odds or game data were materially incorrect at the time of placement due to technical errors.
• In the event of a disputed result, 5jl1's decision — made after review of available evidence and in accordance with the applicable game rules — shall be final and binding.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to the rules of the applicable live betting market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5jl1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in games or the platform interface
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime
• Registering accounts using false, stolen, or third-party identity information
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 5jl1 staff or other players
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the 5jl1 platform or infrastructure
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider

All content on the 5jl1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, promotional materials, and the 5jl1 brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of 5jl1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 5jl1 platform without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5jl1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond 5jl1's reasonable control
• Actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game software suppliers
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

In all cases, 5jl1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 5jl1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

5jl1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering on 5jl1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 5jl1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is protected, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.

5jl1 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services) is governed by appropriate data processing agreements consistent with Philippine data protection requirements.

5jl1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — never as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

5jl1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the 5jl1 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Either party may close a 5jl1 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 5jl1 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by 5jl1: 5jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Provision of false registration information
• Verification of underage gambling
• Abusive conduct toward staff or other players
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling such action

Where 5jl1 suspends an account due to a suspected breach pending investigation, legitimate funds will not be forfeited without evidence of a confirmed violation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the 5jl1 platform, or any transaction thereon, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

5jl1 is regulated by PAGCOR, and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels where applicable.

5jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 5jl1 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 5jl1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
